The “Chemathon” talented undergraduate student research competition will be conducted for male/female students all around Gulf countries. The chemistry department at KFUPM & SAICSC Society jointly organizing the Chemathon as a part of the technical program of the conference GCA-2021
Production of clean energy has a significant positive impact on our environment. An innovative technological approach creates an opportunity to develop solutions for a clean, sustainable environment. In this track, you will present clean energy solutions and technologies to respond to the environmental challenges of the 21st Century.
The competition consists of two rounds of selection; the first round will be conducted on September 15 and 16 of 2021, at KFUPM. During Round One, student team present for 10 min oral and a poster in a poster session. Judges will review all team projects and fill out a scoring sheet on each to select 10 best teams and all of them receive USD 800 and promoted to the second round.
The team will deliver a 10 min presentation followed by Q & A at GCA-2021 conference on November 18th November 2021, at the Gulf Hotel Bahrain. The top three winners are awarded USD 5000, and the remaining teams will receive the certificate of participation.
